if you haven’t seen, a “brain stack” is where instead of scrolling on your phone during free moments of your day, you gather a physical stack of analog, low-tech activities, which is pretty much all i share about here!! i have been lovingggg watching everyone do theirs and have so many ideas of fun books you can add if you want to try this, so i wanted to curate a few categories for you to give some inspo of what to add in! of course as always, you do not need to buy ANYTHING to do this. you can simply use books and activities you already have, and make your own version. & of course, we gotta give credit where credits due!! i believe this term “brain stack” was first coined by @Sofarsoph and made popular by @Mandy Rulez 🪐✨🔮 so make sure you check out their videos too :) BOOKS MENTIONED: Daily Pagers 1.
