Just to clarify I am not saying this happens to everyone, nor am I saying you shouldn’t go on it, I was in a bad place mentally and it made things worse so this is purely for awareness about the negative effects it could have as you don’t see anyone mentioning the more negative side of it #GymTok #enhanced #gymrelatable #MentalHealth #awareness
