THE BEST PART THAT IT COULDN'T REALLY BE MUCH EASIER TO MAKE. ALL I DO IS GET 4 WEETABIX AND CRUSH THEM UP IN A POT. THEN YOU JUST ADD SOME SORT OF MILK. ALMOND MILK, SKIMMED FULL FAT MILK. I'M JUST USING SEMI SKIMS. YOU CAN USE WHATEVER AND I FIND ANYWHERE BETWEEN 100 HUNDRED AND 50 GRAMS WORKS BEST. AND THEN YOU SHOULD ALSO MIX IT UP. YOU SHOULDN'T BE TOO SOGGY CAUSE THEY AIN'T THAT NICE. THE BOTTOM IS OBVIOUSLY THEN IT JUST GOES TOO SOFT AND THEN WHEN YOU SPOON IT IT'S LIKE A PROPER CLUMP. SO YOU DON'T NEED TO GO LIKE TOO SOGGY, JUST ENOUGH SO YOU CAN FLATTEN IT DOWN SO IT LOOKS LIKE THAT. THEN IN A SEPARATE BOWL I JUST PUT 250 GRAMS OF GREEK YOGHURT. THEN YOU JUST ADD A SCOOP OF WHATEVER PROTEIN POWDER YOU WANT. I'M USING THE CHOCOLATE MOCHACCINO ONE FROM PERFORM. THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITES. IF YOU LIKE COFFEE YOU NEED TO TRY IT. THEN OBVIOUSLY MIX THAT TOGETHER AS WELL. THEN ALL YOU DO IS ALSO YOU PUT YOGHURT ON TOP. AND YOU SPREAD IT OUT AS EVEN AS YOU CAN BE BOTHERED TODAY. SEE, IT LOOKS LIKE THAT. THEN I JUST ADD 100 GRAMS OF STRAWBERRIES AND 100 GRAMS OF BLUEBERRIES. AND THEN I JUST ADD ONE OF THESE LITTLE MINI OREO PACKS TO THE TOP. PRETTY BAD. AND THEN IT'S DONE. PUT YOUR LID ON, PUT IT IN THE FRIDGE, TAKE IT TO WORK TOMORROW. OR EAT IT FOR BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING. AS SIMPLE AS THAT. SEE YOU LATER.

The best part about this is that it couldn't really be much easier to make. All I do is get 4 Weetabix and crush them up in a pot. Then you just add some sort of milk. Almond milk, skimmed, full fat milk. I'm just using semi skims. You can use whatever and I find anywhere between 100, 150 grams works best.
