uh 55% of communication is body. It's not even anything that comes out of your mouth. 55% is body. 38% is tone. Only 7% is what you're actually saying. This is why you should never have um an important conversation through email or text. Cause 93% of what makes up communication is absent. And I'm supposed to be smart enough to take the 7% and know how you sound when you said it and what your body look like when you said it. So when I when we start a podcast uh via internet like or through stream because I need your body present to know cause your body's talking to me as well. Yeah. Yeah.
