Product placement

KSTV mobile app: (a) it ACTS — the video demonstrates the app's interface, showing how to watch live TV and listen to radio, and the creator explicitly tells viewers to download it. Removing it would change the purpose of the second half of the video. KSTV: (b) it merely APPEARS — the logo is part of the channel branding and the app name.
