Between 6 and 12 months, babies are becoming increasingly curious about pictures, sounds, textures and the world around them. This is a wonderful time to introduce books and make reading part of your everyday routine. Here are 9 books I’d recommend adding to your baby’s library between 6–12 months. A little tip: Don’t worry about finishing every page. Let your baby touch, point, babble, turn pages and explore. Follow their interest and make reading enjoyable. You also don’t need to read for 30 minutes.
