All right, so I've been getting bombarded with questions about mattress by appointment. So, if you're interested in opening up a mattress by appointment store, I'm going to rapid fire some questions and answers here for you to give you some more details. The biggest thing people want to know is where do we get the mattresses from? Okay, so mattress by appointment is pretty much like a franchise in Canada. It's a, I can technically call it a franchise in the United States, you can't technically call it, but there's a parent company called Mattress By Appointment and they set up dealers, which I'm one, all over the country. There's like three or 400 people all over the country that have a dealership or a distributorship like I do. So you buy the mattresses from Mattress By Appointment. They come in a semi truck and I unload them right into the back of my store that you guys have seen and then you sell them. From a marketing standpoint, they teach you how to do everything. So when you get an MBA store, you get a mentor as well and a community of me and everybody else and they show you exactly what to do. They show you what mattresses to buy, how to price them, how to market, how to do all those things. You can ultimately run your business the way you want to, but they provide all the materials and all the training. As far as the startup costs of getting a mattress by appointment store, it's pretty much zero. Okay, so they don't charge $50,000 for you to get a store or a franchise and then make you spend another $50,000 building out some store to make it look the way they want it. There's a $275 application fee and if you get approved, you actually get a $275 credit towards your mattress purchases. For your initial order, you're going to want to do at least $10,000, typically $15,000 in mattresses, which is going to get you started with everything that you need to do to sell mattresses right away. A lot of people start this part-time on nights and weekends and you can spend as much time on it as you want. You can grow it into your full-time gig if that's what you want to do. You can keep it part-time, you can keep it a side hustle, you can hire someone to run it for you. Whatever you want to do, they don't have any requirements. You can be open when and however long you want. Mattress By Appointment also gets you hooked up with some finance companies, so you can finance people on mattresses with no chargebacks to you. So if someone comes in, buys a mattress and never makes their first payment, it's not a mattress repo coming back to you and you won't be charged back. That's all on the finance company. You're paid in full, which is amazing. Everyone wants to know about the retail store, so yes, you have to have a different space. You can't do this out of your house. You should find about 1,500 square feet or so and you definitely want to keep your price under two grand, but it doesn't really matter because you're going to be making so much money anyways. But 1,500, 2,000 square feet would be even better, but 1,500 square feet, you can look for it in your town. And if you want me to PM you for more, I'm happy to do so, but you have to follow me so that I can actually
