We're going to automatically send an appointment confirmation email and SMS while sending the customer's information to High Level CRM via Zapier or a different API. Once we receive their information, we're going to create a contact inside the CRM and then this is really cool. We're going to automatically send them a preference survey form so they can tell us exactly what they're looking for during the appointments, the color, the type of nails, any specific allergies to any chemicals, things like that. Next, we're going to wait 24 hours before the appointment. We're going to send a confirmation SMS to make sure that they're coming or if they want to reschedule. And we're also going to send specific preparation instructions to the technician based on the response that we got from the preference survey so they can be efficiently prepared for the appointment. Now when the client arrives, we're actually going to offer them a complimentary skin analysis, which is going to be really important for the back-end data that we gather. The skin data is then sent to the customer's profile inside the CRM and then we're going to use an AI tool to analyze the results and determine the best treatment and products to recommend to that client. This is as personalized as you can get. After the session, we're going to send an automated invoice via QuickBooks so they can pay directly from their phone and then finally we're going to send them a feedback email. If they had a negative experience, then we're going to create a task for the salon manager to reach out and figure out what the issue was. If it was a positive experience, we're going to send a thank you email with a future discount and a link to a Google review request that they can fill out. And then finally in both scenarios, we're going to enter them into a nurture and reactivation campaign so they can book with us in the future. Nail salons are an untapped and underserved business type that could be a goldmine.
