It starts off when the salesman completes a call with the customer. An automatic recording is going to get stored into a cloud folder while the MP3 file is sent to our transcription software. Then we're going to convert the conversation audio into a text transcript. That transcript is then going to be cleaned and validated and the final transcript is going to be sent to OpenAI for analysis. We're going to look at the call for things like sentiment, keyword and phrase identification, objections and FAQs, and then the next steps as well.
