The sales pitch I use when knocking after other companies

Hey ma'am, how are you? Did you guys end up going with White Knight? I know that they were out here quite a bit when I was out here as well. I don't even know the name. My husband knows the name, okay. This is him, yeah. Well, hey sir, how are you? Good, good. Which company did you guys go with? Um, was talking about White Knight. Only talked to him like last week, right? That's when I saw him, yeah. Nice. And then what was the main reason you guys were gonna pick him up? Um, it's probably flies. I know the flies have been hectic out here. Right. Well, I know so with White Knight, just past 7 years I've been in the industry, great company by the way. A lot of neighbors that I meet that have used them in the past, they never really see anything inside. A lot of the reason why most my business out here comes from other business, is it ever cause anyone's unhappy with the company they have. It really just comes down to licensing and the fact that we have licensing that allows us to cover the entire lot. Pricing wise, I know usually it's about 100 bucks for the initial and then it's about 60 bucks after that. Yeah, he told me uh 40 because I was a teacher. Okay, cool. Said 40, 100 though for the initial appointment then 40. Right. And then they do the quarterly scheduled treatment, so it ends up being about 130 per treatment, right? Have you guys by chance seen Ghostbusters? Like long time ago with Bill Murray? I've always heard shows and stuff, yeah. I've heard the theme song, I never watched them. Okay, well, I'll show you guys this and if it's not a good fit, no worries.
