The sales pitch I use in lower income neighborhoods

I'm one of the partners with Alta. Yeah we've been out here servicing all the neighbors directly around you guys for the bugs let me get my wife. Um yeah. I figure we're better. Sell her last year. We do the bugs for almost everyone around you guys. So since we're kind of servicing 42 other houses, we're just doing it super cheap. 50 bucks it is for what? So bug spray. Bug spray yeah. Most of the neighbours out here have been just it's kind of inevitable with the creek but we're starting to kind of get the mosquitoes, the flies yeah. We spend a lot of time outside. Yeah, that's actually exactly why I'm here is cause a lot of other companies will charge a lot for very little and a lot of neighbours actually most my business comes from other business. Nothing bad about anyone but people realise hey with just a eave sweep, barrier spray, and inside which is kind of where this industry is with most licences where it's a cookie cut service. People realise hey why spend money on it if I could literally just do that myself. So there's only two things extra that I really do in the yard that people really like and because we're family owned, we just do a lot better pricing. So I'll show you this before I go and if it's not a good fit let me know.
