The sales pitch I use as a top performing rep. Hey, how are you? I'm good, how are you? Good. So I'm out here with Alta. We take care of a few different neighbors on your guys' street. Most of it's just pest control. I know you guys get a lot of bug guys out here. How long have you guys been out here for? Um, we've been here a year, but I'm literally about to hop on to a meeting so, yeah, cool. I'll be quick. Um, only reason why I'm out here is everyone has the big nice houses, big nice yards, and so our thing, our service, tailors a bit better to these houses out here. Out here, did you guys pick someone up yet or were you still kind of just shopping? We do our own, um, pest control, 'cause it's just so expensive. Yeah, and I know the other guys that come by, and the main reason why most of my business has been coming over from the other business is a lot of them are just franchised out. I'll be honest, nothing I do on the home is special, like a lot of it you could do on your own, and a lot of these companies just stick to infrastructure and charge like top dollar. So a lot of people like the fact that instead of just like mitigating bugs and keeping them out of the inside, we're actually going the extra mile and taking care of the entire yard. Well, out here it's mainly been like spiders and ants. Yeah, a lot of it's just coming over from like construction zones and then the greenery in itself. Have you guys noticed anything specific in the past year?
