Hey Sir, how are you? Good. Can I help you with something? Yeah, I'll be quick for you. So I'm out here with Alta. I'm just one of the managers. Past couple of years, I've been out here, just been helping people out, getting them set up on IPM Service. It's mainly just been for Hornets, the really tiny ants, and then the bigger carpenter ants, and then spiders. Do you guys usually like the spiders or not really? I don't really care for them. I'm doing it myself. Okay, cool. And how long have you guys been here for? 7, 8 years. You guys seen any of those ants inside yet, or is it typically just outside? Uh, just outside. I mean, I haven't really seen much to yet so far, though. What we recommend out here is at least once every half decade, so once every five years, getting a professional flush out done. Have you guys done that yet? Never even heard of that. Oh, wow. Yeah, it's super important. Especially in areas like Washington where it's very moist. Throughout the year, we get a lot of those carpenter ants, and typically you can't see damage until it's already been done inside. I'll just show you what I'm doing real quick.
