How do you make a business? Do you want to make like real estate or something? The way you make money in real estate, you buy something here and you sell it for here. So here's how you could start being in business today. Is there anybody in this room that wants to buy some land? Ask the room. Is there anybody here that wants to buy any land? See all the hands that went up? You go up to the person and you go, what kind of land do you want? And they're going to say, I don't know, I need like four acres in this part of town. Go door to door, hey do you want to sell these four acres, you want to sell these four acres, you want to sell these four acres? They go, maybe, what's the offer? Then you come back to the person that had their hand up and say, I've got these four acres that I can sell to you, but if you buy it, you got to give me $1,000. Can you sell the land without owning the land? Yes. And as soon as he finds somebody to buy the option of the land he found, he is now an entrepreneur. He's made a business.
