What are the signs you're working under poor leadership? Always criticizes, never praises, because they're scared to take their foot off the gas. When they get feedback, they immediately get defensive. They'll quickly take credit for anything that works and blame everybody else when it doesn't. They say sh*t like, "do this," and when you say "why?" they're like, "just do it." Every good idea you bring them, they'll tell you why it won't work because it wasn't their idea. Every decision needs their f*cking sign off, their checklist, their approval. You only hear from them when there's something that went wrong. They'll never call you when things are great. They'll never give you any praise.
