I've had pasta in Rome, I've had pasta in the states, I've had pasta everywhere, but I finally found the best spicy rigatoni in all of New York City. Run to Ruby's and make your reservation right now. Not only are the vibes great, drinks are great. All three of us got the exact same entree because this spicy rigatoni is the best we've ever had. Perfect mix of creamy and spicy. And don't come here if you're not going to get Brussels sprouts for the table and their truffle fries. Everything's also pretty moderately priced, so any dish is around $20 to $30. For the three of us including drinks, it was around $120. We're giving Little Ruby's a 9.5 out of 10.
