here's how much we spent at Carbone versus their sister restaurant Parm. at Carbone the Caesar salad was $32 and the spicy rigatoni was $34. their famous meatballs were $27 and the tortellini ragu was 35 and lastly this portion of the carrot cake was $25. including tip and tax our Bill came out to about $200. over at Parm their fresh mozzarella and bread was $12 and the exact same Caesar salad recipe was only 17. the rigatoni was only $18. and for those of you wondering no it's not the same recipe as Carbone I personally like this one better though. the shrimps can be used $21 and the garlic bread deluxe was $11. I would also like to note that the portions at parm were also much bigger so we had leftovers too. at the end our Bill came out to about $100.
