So it's uh 10:27 in the morning. I just got to the office, it's a Monday morning, brand new week, and um, yeah, really excited for this week. 10 days left before we go on holiday. Um, I think most of you watching this is about the same, probably going on leave sometime soon. But yeah, I wanted to just uh show you guys like a cool thing that I do every morning. So whenever I go into a new day or a new week, I have this uh I don't know what this is, I think maybe A3 um. A5 I think actually, no bad. and uh yeah, I just shot down basically most of us would do it to do list or whatever. What I'll do is I'll split it in half. So I draw line down the middle like that, and then at the top I write down what I call high impact tasks. So that would be kind of thinking of it if you're thinking of the week ahead, like if I only did one or two things, one are the things that I absolutely have to do. Um and these are usually the things that we or we don't want to do. Um so I'm just going to write it down high impact tasks. And then on the bottom section just right other. Uh and basically the reason I do this um is um you get to work on Monday morning, you open your laptop, email start filling in messages from the team start filling in WhatsApp, clients are asking for things, people come to the office, they're chatting to you. the day just gets really busy, really fast. So uh in writing this down and having your high impact tasks, it um it helps me a lot just remember like And then, although there's a, you know, 10 things that are going to be coming your way straight away, the only thing that actually matters is sending the proposals to the client or dealing with that one issue with your team member or whatever it is going and you know, doing 100 out each per day, that there's probably only one or two things that are actually very important in your week and your day. Um, and usually it's just a good thing to just separate those from all the other tasks, and then just what I would do is just do the high impact things first. So this morning what I want to do is I have to send a proposal response to somebody who reached out. Um they building some apps next year and they wanted to do like a video campaign. So I'm just going to write that down. proposal. Uh I don't want to say the name of the company. and the second thing is I have a client who's down from Canada who we had arranged to meet tomorrow but we hadn't set like a date and time yet. So I'm going to follow up with him and just basically put that in the calendar and make that that is scheduled. Um yeah, uh and I'll say those are probably the two most important things in my week because those uh lead to uh video campaigns and sales for early next year, so that's a priority for us. And then everything else that comes to mind, I'm going to go and do that now just write down basically clearing the email inbox. there's a couple of other meetings I need to move around, other outreach uh things I need to start out with my team, feedback for a client. Um but I'm going to do those things a second. So yeah, that's one thing that I do um let me know what what you do, if you have a technique for for prioritizing for the week, and uh yeah, looking forward to this Monday.
