POV: It's 8pm and you're finishing your day as a business owner in SA. It's 5 minutes past 8 now. Just packing up. Finished sending a proposal to a client who's already given us the go-ahead for a video campaign in 2025, but they just asked for like a formal proposal. So putting in the time on that to make sure that it's really good. We just honestly keep it simple with like Google Docs. Basically use Google for everything. I really don't like proposals that are overly complicated and like pretty. I think it's more about just showing people you are thinking. But yeah, now it is 8 o'clock and I'm going to pack up and head home. And yeah, it's been it's been a hell of a day. Dealing with some HR stuff as well. We are looking to bring on some interns for early next year. Maybe do like an internship program with five people. People who could end up in like a client services role. So probably try and try and announce something like that a bit later. But yeah, this is what it takes. This is what it takes. Just a lot of boring time in the office, speaking to the team, doing proposals, working on systems. Day in and day out. All the boring things, but it accumulates over time and this is what sets you apart. Cool.
