So I want to tell you the easiest way to get into the Staffing and Recruiting business. If you're new to the industry or you're trying to start an agency and you don't know how to get your foot in the door, I'm going to give you what I paid $1600 for for free. So if you're new here, I am the founder and CEO of ITM Staffing Enterprise. I got into this industry by doing split fees. I purchased a mentorship program and I paid like $1600 for this program and although I did get a lot of information and it did catapult me into my staffing agency business, it did not provide me all of the things that I paid for and was promised. However, I'm not going to gatekeep all of the good information that I did get and it's definitely not worth $1600. So aside from the basic things like LLC, branding, all of that stuff when it comes to forming a business, the main thing you need to know is what platforms to have access to as an independent recruiter. I learned how to do split fees. If you don't know what split fees are, it's pretty much a deal between a recruiter and a company and you source and find candidates for the company and they'll pay you a split fee. And usually the fee is like 15 to 20% of that candidate's first year salary. The two platforms I'm going to tell you about because I saw the most success and feel like people will see the most success through these two platforms are SourceOwls and Reflik. If you're a beginner, SourceOwls will be really easy to get into. You can sign up as either a recruiter or you can sign up for the affiliate program. If you sign up as a recruiter then you're automatically accepted into the affiliate program. But if you sign up for the affiliate program, you are not accepted in as a recruiter and you do not get paid the fees as a recruiter. Obviously there are a multiple other platforms that you could go through to do split fees, but SourceOwls was the easiest for me to get into to actually start. There's other things that go into it but like that's the main thing you need to know is what platform to get into so that you can start being a recruiter. And you know honestly, I may just start a whole series about this. I may just start a whole series on how y'all can get into the recruitment business by doing split fees. Like I just want to give I want to give it all to you guys for free because why not?
