Testing TikTok side hustles, part 12. I'm going to see how much money I can make starting a clothing brand from scratch. I actually have to find good designs to put on this clothing so some people actually buy it. So I went on Fiverr and I paid this guy $40 to give me four different clothing designs. Universal Threads is going to be the name of the clothing brand. Now I'm putting the Fiverr designs onto a bunch of different t-shirts using a site called Printify. And I have to make a website for these shirts that kind of looks like this so I can actually sell them. So I'm going to use this pop-up store feature on Printify where they make a website for me with all the shirts that I designed. Website is made and I'm pricing the shirts at $25. They cost me $7 to make, so I'm making $18 in profit per shirt. And luckily when a customer buys a t-shirt, I don't have to ship it out myself. Printify will ship it out for me with one of their warehouses all over the world, so I don't have to handle any inventory whatsoever. And now that everything is ready, it is time to advertise. I'm going to be posting a bunch of different fit check videos while wearing the shirts and I'm going to see if they get me any sales. One week of advertising later. All right, so I posted like 20 videos to TikTok and most of them did all right. One of them got like 20,000 views, that was my biggest one. But from all the videos, I sold 27 shirts, so I made $675.
