Teenagers are claiming to make tens of thousands of dollars a month from starting clothing brands so I'm gonna try it. Okay, so I need to design that sells. So I'm going to use this Discord that tracks the latest and greatest clothing design trends. According to Discord, these statue designs are really in style right now, so I'm gonna go with that. And I'm gonna name my clothing brand Divine Ruin. Divine Ruins. So I went to Adobe Illustrator and I spent five hours to create the designs, but it was way too difficult to use. So I went to Canva and I did it there instead. Next, I selected those designs onto a bunch of different t-shirts and then I used this website Printify. So Printify will automatically print and ship the shirts whenever somebody orders, which is great because since I don't have to handle any inventory, this business will cost me nothing to start. I'm going to be selling the shirts for $35, they cost me $12 to make, so I'll be making $23 profit per shirt. And now I'm using Printify's Pop-Up Store feature where they can make a website for me with all the shirts that I designed. Right now, everything is finally ready, it's time for us to advertise. ChatGPT's image generator just had this absurd new update, so I'm going to use it to create mockups for my shirts on people and then post those mockups on TikTok in a slideshow format. One week I posted 20 different videos this week and some of them actually got half decent views. And from them, we got 11 sales, so $383.49.
