I don't think people realize this, but we are witnessing the greatest change in the way that videos are edited and created. See, Premiere Pro and CapCut are linear. Their timelines move left to right. RunwayML just released this new demo and they are calling it nonlinear exploration. This is how it works. You start with an AI generated image on Runway, and then you will generate a new image that will be a future frame of the video. Connect these together and AI will generate all of the frames that come between the starting image and the ending image. This is where it gets interesting. This new Runway feature will allow you to create alternative video universes, allowing users to diverge from the linear path and you'll be able to visually compose every pixel to match your idea. And you'll be able to test all of the different timelines. And you'll be able to press play and view any timeline that you want down here at the bottom part of the screen. Other tools like Kaiber and Adobe are building similar products, but Runway seems to be the most advanced, and as soon as I get access, I'll do a deep tutorial, so follow for that.
