How do some insurance agents write five policies a month and others write 60 plus? In my opinion, I think the biggest difference between those two agents is how much they're actually spending on leads every single month. I mean, think about it. Leads are literally what keeps your business alive. So some people spending nothing or only going to write a couple policies every single month, while the other person is reinvesting three or $4,000 a month or a week is going to write a heck of a lot more business. So how do you counter that as a new agent when you don't have that type of money to be putting up? I would take the first several sales that I made as a new agent and put it right back into leads and marketing so I can go out and make even more money. I believe that's the biggest limiting belief that a lot of new insurance agents have is because, hey, I just made this money, I'm not going to put it back into leads because I don't know if I'm gonna get another return on my money. When in reality, you just need to be trusting the process, putting that money back in because I promise there's a snowball effect. Once you start doing it and make a habit of it, you are going to be that person that's writing a ton of policies every month because you're used to reinvesting the money. And then one day you wake up and you are a top performing agent. You're writing a ton of policies every month because you're putting more leads into your business.
