I have a problem of set up a blank page, right?

I have a problem of set up a blank page, right? Right now, this is where the bottleneck is because previously setting up the development environment or going through the motions of figuring out how to program a computer was where most people would drop off and now that that part is kind of solved. In this AI era, it's not like there's been like reams of education and textbooks and sort of stuff to like go do this. There's so much to benefit from kind of like show and tell environments where people can just see from each other and you know, figure out their own ideas from that. Culture. I I for 100% say culture. It's a culture of empowerment is what we see. Like entrepreneurial culture. It doesn't matter how big, how small the company, how old. It's typically a culture of thinking, if I do this, I'm going to be rewarded for it. I would say don't hide it and talk about it and become a champion of it and if the organization doesn't change, then leave. Life is too short to kind of work at an organization that doesn't reward, you know, agency and entrepreneurship. You can't really outsource it. It's important for you to be the one that is like out there familiarizing yourself and inspiring people, showing up to the all hands and saying, look what I built. That's the best way to inspire people in my opinion.
