Why do men only respect us when we're blonde or coolie? Somebody please conduct a study to why men treat you differently when your hair is like this and when it's blonde, because that's the only time I really feel like a pretty ass privileged person. As a black woman, is when my hair is naturally, naturally like this, and then it gets natural like kind of coolie, not too kinky, but you know where you can see a little definite. The men eat this up. Like the stares, the compliments. Like I once had somebody fucking filming me at a red stoplight just because they said I look so beautiful. And blonde, you already you guys already know about the blonde, but like blonde and curly hair, it just gets you a different level of respect out of these men. And it's sad. But look at me. I'm I'm playing into it. I'm playing into it.
