some creators like black aesthetics more than they like black people. if they can let light skin women get away with, we're talking about Briana, Gunna's significant other, being caught making unsavory comments about the very kinks and coils that line my scalp right now. I can smile because I'm 28 years old, and I'm from Chicago, and I graduated from Spelman, and most of my youth, young adult, and current life, I have had the pleasure of being affiliated with some of the best light skin women that God has had to offer. Not because they were aesthetically pleasing, not because they had the hair, not because they had the eyes, but because they had the audacity to push back on what society instructed them to be, on how society instructed them to act. But occasionally, I'm reminded that my experience is uniquely my own and most of you all are whack. So to the dark skin girl who woke up today and said, oh my god, not another one, yes, another one, but don't be disappointed, discouraged, or deterred. They don't want to admit it, but we know that Dr. Cheyenne Bryant only got away with this for as long as she did because of her hue. Hell, we can even keep Cheyenne Bryant out of it. I don't need a new era example to emphasize this. I can take you back to a black psychology class that I had to take on the campus of Spelman College when I was a sophomore to fulfill my humanities credit, and I learned of something called social disappointment. And it was in that class that I realized as black Americans, all skin folk are not kinfolk, but beyond that, we all have varied, what, social experiences. And the very things that may compromise you, may compromise me, may compromise entire communities across Brooklyn, Dallas, Chicago, Compton, are the very things that some people in our community thrive on. Yes, there are black people that thrive on colorism. There are black people that thrive on elitism. There are black people that thrive on classism. There are black people that get a kick about being in a room that other black people can't get in. It's laughable because you would literally think that in 2026, stop being offended. I encourage every dark skin black girl to get so deep in their bag and so far on their bully. Has Olandria taught us nothing? Pay them dust. And to Briana, you couldn't have possibly meant what you said, especially to be laying with a man who has the same kinks and coils that you are so afraid of having on your own. Don't you know that if you procreate with him, the probability of your daughter having his hue and having his kink and having his coil is is much higher. It's much higher. I guess it doesn't matter though when it comes to dick.
