I stopped spending real quality time with myself and as someone who once loved taking herself out on solo dates it's actually been years since I last did that so I made a promise to myself once a month I take myself out just me for today I chose all of my favourites a cozy cafe stop, a little bit of shopping and ending the night at the theatre because I wanna show up for my friends and for the people that I serve but I know that I need to fill my own cup first so this is my new monthly ritual tell me where you guys think I should take myself next
