I quit I quit my job at Microsoft because I realized I was building the wrong dream. Here's why. I thought climbing the corporate ladder was the smart move. you know you you know you get to work with this incredible and you get to work on cool projects every single day. but something felt off. I was helping build world class tech not for the people who raised me and not for the place that I grew up in is Indonesia the more I travel the more I see the same pattern that Indonesian product, talent, and innovation that should be global... aren't talent and innovations that should be global and not because ...because the world has not been paying attention but because the world simply hasn't been paying I walked away from my job to build something that Saudara AI I know and I'd be lying to say that I'm not scared to take this but it's time for me to follow my passion and work on something that I truly believe that Indonesian production is good enough and it's ready for the global supply chain.
