I quit my job at Microsoft because I realized I was building the wrong dream. Here's why. For years, I thought climbing the corporate ladder was the smart move. You know, you get to work with this incredible team and you get to work on cool projects every single day. But something felt off. I was helping build world-class tech, not for the people who raised me, and not for the place that I grew up in. That for me is Indonesia. The more I travel, the more I see the same pattern that Indonesian products, talent, and innovation that should be global... aren't. Not because they're not good enough, but because the world simply hasn't been paying attention. I walked away from my job to build something that I know can change that. I know this is a big step and I'd be lying to say that I'm not scared to take this, but it's time for me to follow my passion and work on something that I truly believe that Indonesian production is good enough and it's ready for the global supply chain. And this is day one of building in public. I'm excited and I'm grateful for each and every one of you. So follow me on this journey and as always, this is Jannan Tair.
