Ask agencies THIS before you pay them! Most agencies are completely useless if you actually want to grow. And this is coming from an agency owner. Because they're not built to scale. They're built for output. Need 10 posts a week? Done. Need someone to say 'Let's test that' in every meeting? They're great at that too. But when it comes to real growth, strategy, funnel design, offer testing, CRO, ops, they ghost. They sell content, not conversions. They pitch social, not systems. Listen to me, an agency can't grow your business if they've never actually grown a business besides their agency themselves. And if you want real momentum, you need marketers who actually know how to move money. You need marketers who've actually grown, scaled, and exited their own businesses. So the next time you go and hire an agency, ask them this question: How many businesses have you scaled of your own? And if the answer is 'none', do not hire them.
