Today's business model breakdown is pool cleaning. How much money can you make running a pool cleaning business? Let's talk about it. Initial investment and overhead is extremely small. You basically just need cleaning supplies, pool chemicals, and a mode of transportation. You can charge anywhere from $35 to even $100 a week for this service. Each stop only takes around 15 minutes, so let's run some numbers. On average, you can hit 15 stops a day. Let's say $40 per stop, and that comes out to $600 per day. That's three grand a week and $12,000 a month all by yourself. Your profit margins can be anywhere from 60 to even 80%. Now, those profit margins can drop to 40 to 60% when you start hiring more employees. Now let's talk about customer acquisition. How do you get customers? Well, of course, you have your traditional methods like door knocking and leaving out flyers, but you can also build amazing referral partnerships with pool restoration companies and even Airbnbs. Or if you really want to skyrocket your business, film a video like this and run Facebook and Google ads to it. And don't worry, I show you exactly how to do all of these things for free on my YouTube channel, Dominic Baptist. Go check me out.
