I made an ad for a landscaping company. Check out this amazing retaining wall job we just did here in Panther Creek. It was a nice little one day residential job where we started by removing the original wall and then digging out a trench to put in the new retaining wall. It was a tight squeeze but we were still able to manage avoiding all of the bushes and trees in the neighbor's yard. After everything was dug out we then started to pour the rock. This is how we build that strong foundation so that everything is perfectly leveled. We then go over that rock base with a tamper and that's how we even it all out. Now it's time for the fun part, building the wall. Each and every block gets filled with more rocks so it is as stable as possible and then of course we add the drainage pipe right next to it and bury it all in even more rock. Trust me guys, this wall is not going anywhere. After we've added a few layers to the wall we then pull out the geogrid. This increases stabilization and keeps that wall more structurally sound than it already was. We then add yet another layer of rock and more landscaping fabric to prevent those weeds from growing up next to the retaining wall. After we cover everything in the original dirt we start working on the caps of the retaining wall. This gives it that nice smooth finish on top and then we glue it together to finish the product.
