I'll tell you right now you are so close to having success it's not even funny. If you ever thought about building out a service based business or a cleaning business or anything like that, what I do for a living. Let me break it down for you guys. You have to offer online booking services. Remember, the people that hire you out have little time. That's why they're hiring you out in the first place. So when you understand the time frame of a potential client, you can then understand how to best sell to them. Offering free quotes and stuff is nice, but who wants to drive across town and then also on top of you wasting your time driving, inconveniencing your client as well? Because hey, I'll be there at 2 o'clock tomorrow. Offer online booking. It's the best format, it's the best way to get growth, it's the best way to scale and grow your service based business. Like I said, I do house cleaning. I do a little under 500 homes a month. It's very lucrative. I do very well for myself, but you want to offer convenience.
