I interviewed a Billionaire entrepreneur in Las Vegas and I asked him how he got RICH! He was -13 million in debt at one point in his life so I asked him how he got out of that hole and his advice to someone at rock bottom. Since he owns 16 businesses today I asked him how important it is to structure your company properly. Lastly, I asked him if he is happy today, after becoming a billionaire. What would you do to get a Ferrari? I know you dude. How'd you get rich man?? Private Equity What was the most amount of money you made in a single year? $1.6 Billion $1.6 Billion?? Yeah Can I interview you for a minute? Sure. For sure. Have you ever been broke before? Oh my... I literally... to my wife with four kids... Was $13 million in debt had no money... And paid it all back. No you did not... Yeah Swear. When you were -$13 million in debt What were you telling yourself? I was depressed But I never quit That's one thing I'll tell you is... I never f*cking give up. Never Let's talk to somebody at rock bottom... What would your message be... There's only three ways to make money. Leveraging People Time and Money. That's the way you get Rich If you work for somebody else... You're selling your time. So you can't get rich working for anybody else? I cannot I'm not I'm unemployable. No one will hire me. Why? Because I'm a f*cking lunatic. And you couldn't pay me... What I'd want to get paid. I haven't worked for somebody else For as long as I can remember. I own about 16 businesses now So you own 16 companies now?? With each of these companies... Do you have an LLC or an S Corp? Oh you got to have the proper structure. So you have to structure your company in order to be successful. You ask good questions... Those are the things that I didn't do right before 2009 before I failed. So there's a company that I use that I start... To structure my companies It's called bizee And it takes care of all the paperwork all the filing for you... This is a really interesting story. I said-I can't be faithful... And she's like what the h*ll I go I can't be... But if you're with me We can do everything together. But ultimately over time...
