You can create AI videos like this completely for free. Make sure you like, favorite and follow, I'm going to show you step by step how you can do it. You can use meta.ai and start a new chat. In the chat bar you're going to paste in your prompt. For example, this is the prompt that I used to create the starting image. Press enter to generate. You'll get four different image options. Click on one that you want to animate and click animate. This will open up the photo editor and on the right sidebar you'll have the option to animate or custom animate. To use your starting prompt you can just click animate and this will turn your image into a video. Now you'll have a video that you can play and download.
