If you're a single person or a smaller household and think a Costco membership isn't worth it, you're wrong. Buying in bulk is a big part of it, but that's not the only reason to keep your membership. See, the key is to focus on high-use items like toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, frozen food, even things like rotisserie chicken and personal care. Stuff that won't go bad and you're gonna use anyway. That way you're getting a lower price per unit and not constantly running to the store. Plus things like cheaper gas and other everyday savings add up too. And realistically, the membership is only about $60 a year, so you really only need to save around $5 a month to break even. For us, that's literally just a couple of gas fill-ups or a few bulk items. It's not about buying more, it's just about being intentional with what you do buy and letting it last.
