To be able to do this, you simply just need to give yourself enough opportunities, which the first thing we're going to talk about is an AI dialing system. This thing dials about 10 to 15 numbers every single 30 seconds and then once the first person picks up, AI detects, it connects you with them, provides you with their lead info. From there you can find out what they're looking for and close them. Second, you're going to need an inbound phone call system so leads are calling you directly. This is going to be the warmest type of lead you can possibly get because they're literally calling you. And third, it's going to be referrals. Word of mouth is the strongest form of business, so your existing clients that you close from your inbound phone calls or from your AI dialer, reach out to them, nurture that business, and when you build a genuine relationship and you incentivize them for bringing you clientele, you can easily get an additional four to five to six deals from just one existing client. And the fourth thing you want to do is just have a good follow-up system. So keep up with all the people that you weren't able to close the first time from your AI dialer, your inbound phone calls, and your referrals, and follow up with them consistently so you can get that deal pushed out.
