I’ve now helped prep for 4 CRNA school interviews (including myself)… and every single one has been accepted. Here’s what I consistently see: Most applicants focus on memorizing instead of understanding. They answer like students instead of future providers. And they underestimate how deeply they need to know their ICU patients.
