Most founders don't have an MVP problem. They have a scope problem. I can usually cut an MVP down by 80 percent in about 20 minutes. Not because I'm smarter — because the pattern is almost always the same. They're building for multiple users, multiple use cases, multiple outcomes. It feels like one product. It isn't.
