As a solo founder with 20 years experience, I would never build an MVP with more than one feature. Not because I can't obviously, if you want a dozen useless features I'm your guy, but because I've watched founders spend six months building something nobody asked for and call it diligence. I built Zonmaster, a multimillion dollar Amazon seller tool, alone here in rural Japan. The first version did one thing. It sent automated review requests. That's it. No dashboard, no analytics, no bulk tools. One feature. That version got paying customers. The dashboard came later because customers asked for it. Every founder I talk to is building version 3 before version 1 exists. They're not building a product, they're building a safety blanket. More features mean more time before you have to find out if anyone actually wants it. The MVP isn't this thing you're proud of, it's this thing that tells you whether you should keep going. If you're overbuilding and avoiding launch, the Founder Clarity Intensive is the link for you in link in the bio.
