WELCOME to the ugc mom diaries a series where I teach you how to jumpstart your career as a UGC creator. so in today's episode EPISODE 2 I'm actually gonna break down the real difference between a UGC creator and an influencer. like I mentioned in the first episode UGC CREATORS sell their content INFLUENCERS and whereas influencers sell their influence. for example one of my favorite influencers Emilie Kaiser when she uses a product that she loves and shares it with her audience we are more inclined to purchase it because she uses it. whereas creators we create very curated content for the target audience and they purchase because they can picture themselves in our position. Now when influencers work with brands they usually have their media kits and a media kit displays things like audience engagement rate and just overall demographic analytics of their audience. Since we don't have that we usually share a rate card. we share things like our starting rates, packages we offer, different services offered and sometimes even analytics from past performances. comes to trust influencers really need to build trust with their face with their likeness with their life because they relate to their audience that way. and then with some UGC you can do it completely faceless and I have done those before. I am not saying that all of my done faceless because that is not the truth. but I am saying that there are faceless income with UGC. Now whether you want to be UGC CREATOR Or INFLUENCER is totally up to you. personally I've always liked to live a private life. so UGC was the way for me.
