I made $1000 in April just from opening bank accounts. This is called bank account churning. It's when you sign up for banks just for the sign on bonus. You could literally make thousands a year doing this. All you have to do is understand the requirements. Each bank is going to be different. Most of them you have to set up direct deposit with a minimum amount each month. And you have to hold money there for a certain period of time. Usually it's three months. And some banks do have fees. So you have to check what you have to do to waive the fees. The HYSA I use as my checking account actually has a sign up bonus offer. I have that on my profile. If you open an account and set up an eligible direct deposit, you can get $50 up to $400. So make sure to go and I make hundreds of dollars using this account. So it's like a nice two in one.
