As an AI consultant who works in the branding, marketing space, and content space, this is the number one mistake I see people making when it comes to AI. A lot of my clients, when I first start working with them, they usually have one big AI Tool that they try and do everything with. My take on it is there's so many AI Tools out there that it's probably good to have your AI stack of at least four to five tools. Every single AI tool has their own task. So let me run you through my top five AI Tools that I think every single person who's in business should be using today. No.1 favourite AI. Tool that changed the game for me when it comes to productivity and time saving is the app called Wisprflow. It's basically a voice to text tool where you talk and it will type anything that you say and also use the right grammar and kind of split your sentences in a correct way. I am no longer typing anything on my computer. I'm no longer typing my emails. I'm no longer typing presentations. I'm no longer typing anything into any A.I. Tool. It's all whisper flow. A second AI Tool that I still use to this day is Chat G.P.T. I use Chat G.P.T. for image generation. If you haven't checked out the update in Chat G.P.T. When it comes to image generation, I would highly suggest to do some research and start generating images. Number three is cloud co work. If you are not on cloud co work yet, you are missing out. I use cloud co work to do anything from making presentations, making documents, making Excel files, working through complex problems. I give it access to my Google Drive with all my work folders on it. I have it schedule things, have it organise things. Cloud co work is like your number one executive assistant tool. No. 4 is Gamma. Gamma is great when it comes to prompting it to make a professional presentation. It acts a little bit differently as Claude. I will probably try to make it in Claude co work and then I will try to make it in Gamma. And then last but not least, you have to have a good meeting note taker. So I personally use fathom for most of my meetings. I also have Otter sometimes running in the background as a backup. But taking notes while you're in meetings, either them be zoom or Google Meet or on your phone. Just having a notetaker there to automatically summarize what has been said, who does what, what the tasks are, and keeping track of that is honestly the biggest productivity hack. If you have any tools AI Tools that you've been using for over six to eight months, let me know in the Chat I love tools that people are using consecutively. There's so many AI Tools coming out every single day, so I try to stay away from trying to use every single new AI Tool that comes out there because we're just being bombarded. But I would love to know if there's an AI Tool that stands out for you and we can all share it with each other.
