I run a digital marketing agency and here are my favourite AI tools. For building, I use Claude Cowork. Anything that took too much time and too many tabs, I pretty much automated all of it. Google reporting, social media stats reporting. ClickUp, it's my project management tool. All client feedback lives in this one space. View it almost like an agency handbook. Everything you need is in that one place. I use Gemini for deep research and also the fact that it's in Google Calendar to write meeting minutes for you saves so much time. NotebookLM is amazing for learning. It takes a lot of information and it turns it into a digestible format, whether that's a video, infographic, podcast. Higgsfield and Nano Banana Pro are best for image and content creation. You also have Google's version which is Flow. There is still a need for Google Workspace and typical platforms like Excel, but it's really helped me to automate my workflow and just make my business run a little bit more efficiently.
