Ha Rea Expecta Mosadi. That line pissed me off more than the gun, bafethu. Because what do you mean you didn't expect the woman? So if it was a man, what were you planning to do? Shoot him? Beat him? Kill him? Easier. That sentence exposed something dark about a lot of weak men in this country. Guys, if you order an Uber with a gun in your pocket instead of a plan for your life, you're not down bad. You're useless. There's nothing gangster about robbing people who are working, nothing tough about pointing a firearm at somebody's mother for two leepa, 200. Imagine being a grown man with a heartbeat, two hands and a brain, and your entire life mission is terrorising women driving at night trying to survive. That's not poverty anymore. That is spiritual failure. South Africa has too many men who want fast money without dignity, no pride, no shame, no honour, just violence and excuses. And the scary part, these same guys will scream respect men while acting like animals. A real man would rather sleep hungry than traumatise innocent people. A real man would rather hustle at a car wash, carry bricks, push trolleys, clean toilets, anything before putting a gun in a woman's face. Weak men always hide behind weapons because they know without violence, they are nobodies. That Uber lady only had two litre and she was so calm, shame. And yet these cowards still chose fear, guns and trauma. Imagine destroying somebody's peace for less than a price of sneakers. South Africa doesn't only have a crime problem, it has a masculinity problem. We are messed up.
