Two of my minties hit me up and said, I need you. I want to have my first AirBNB for the World Cup. And I said, you don't got to tell me twice. I packed my bags, put my flight and headed straight to Houston, Texas. Two minties, two properties, two days, one gold. It's time to make some monkey. Be in this door only have 48 hours to set up two AirBNB properties from scratch. There was no room for play time. Right off the flight, I went straight to Walmart. When setting up a I like to get the big stuff out the way. TV and mounts, the bed and couches and row. Once you have those items set up, everything else is a breeze. I mostly like to shop at Amazon and Ross. Stop it for two properties at the same time. It's stressful. I think this time I got a little carried away at Walmart. I was seeing so much stuff I like. But I had to calm down because we were here on the mission. Both my Mites gave me full freedom. We are now done with Walmart. Told me a theme and said girl go do your thing. I knew the thing, had the vision and we went straight to work. And by the way, I mean my man because who was lifting up the TVS. Got me working like a damn sleeve. I only ever seen these properties on Facetime and two. So before unloading the car, I wanted to give myself a full tour. And a pin tour. I noticed that these houses were way bigger than what I expected them to be. With a bigger house, that means more decor. You don't want any empty spaces, no gas. Because the difference between a property that struggle and a property that books fast is usually in the detail. Be honest. How much do you think it cost to finish your AirBNB from scratch? I can tell you first hand. The top thing that's going to cost you that coin is those bed. Price difference from a king to a full is dress. But as I always told my mantee, more beads, more heads, more bread. The more people that can sleep in your property, the more money you can charge, which is the more money you can make. However, don't just try to get a three-bedroom house and fill it up with a bunch of twin beds. You got to be a little bit more realistic. Would you want to stay at an Airbnb that had nothing but a twin bed? No. You got to be smart about it. And also it has to tie into your thing.
