My Airbnb rules as a host

My Airbnb rules as a host for almost one year. The number one rule I have for my Airbnb is no shoes on my carpet. I let every guest know that that if you wear shoes on my carpet and I can see the foot tracks like it's dirt, it's something crazy going on because my carpet is really clean. Y'all, and my Airbnb is clean. And I would hate for somebody to wear boots on and step on my carpet and mess my carpet up completely. $250 if and get it carpet. Same thing with pets. Somebody secretly brought a cat in and they thought I wouldn't know, but I did know because I own a cat. So I know what a cat smells like, like paw prints. When I see it, cats walk on tables. So I saw the paw prints on the tables. Charge them 250 out the back. Don't do pets. I don't care if it is a cat. I don't care if it is a fish. That's not that. Three, you don't have to wash dishes in my Airbnb. The least you can do is rinse them out if they have food in them. And I tell them that if you're not going to wash them, then put them in the dishwasher. I hate coming in and seeing them in a sink. I hate coming in and seeing leftover food. Let me know I'm bugs. Next. Do. Don't put my. 60. That ain't that hot. Saying. Rule number five, clean up after yourself. You know that you're going to head out. I shouldn't be throwing shoes, your tags, tissue upon throw in the trash. My home is so clean. I keep my Airbnb to such a high standard. So if you go on my Airbnb account, five star reviews across the board. So you know, you know, no. Throw everything. Throw everything in the trash. Don't leave it behind.
