Woke up feeling nostalgic today 🤓 These 4-ingredient COSMIC BROWNIES did not disappoint!🍫✨ INGREDIENTS 🍪 1-2 packages Sweet Loren's Fudgy Brownie Cookie Dough 🍫 ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 🥛 ¼ cup heavy cream 🌈 @purefoodbyestee naturally colored Candy Coated Rainbow Chocolate Chips INSTRUCTIONS 1) Preheat the oven to 325 and grease an 8 inch square baking dish. Add Sweet Loren’s Cookie Dough. Note: we used 16 pieces for thicker brownies 2) Bake for 15-18 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. 3) Carefully remove the sheet of brownies from the baking dish, add parchment and place the brownies back in the pan. Or bake with parchment from the beginning and skip this step. 4) Carefully melt chocolate chips and heavy cream in the microwave in 15 second intervals. Once the ganache is perfectly smooth, pour it over the brownies. Move your pan to help spread the chocolate ganache to the edges of the brownies. Once even coating is achieved, top with rainbow chocolate chips. 5) Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until chocolate ganache is set. Slice into 16 squares and enjoy! Store in the refrigerator.
