Going slow is faster. I'm a firm believer that going slow is faster. I think regarding friendships, relationships, a lot of things in life that you will always know someone's impact from the start, but you won't know their character right away. I heard something on a podcast other day that was saying character can only be measured over time and that is just so true. And so easy to trust your judgment of someone from the first couple times you meet them, but I think giving it time to really allow them to prove themselves is so important. Character is consistent and you can only measure consistency over time.
