The SpaceX IPO is three days away. I'm passing and here's why and when I'll take a second look. I respect Elon. What I admire what they're building. But this one is a pass for me. I don't break down individual companies, but this is insane. There's too many people asking me about it. So here's my thinking. IPOs in general are hype machines. The best companies get the worst entry prices. Why? Institutional money, media frenzy, retail FOMO. That all drives day later, reality hits, that crashing back down. History is with one. Time after time, Alibaba, Facebook, and Google drops significantly after its IPO pop. Face valuation at $1.75 trillion dollars at 107 times 2025 sales. X. Obviously. Starship. Starlink. What they've accomplished is genius. Thing. But SpaceX is losing money. One of 2026, 4.3 billion net loss. Only the profitable piece of the company. Everything else is losing money. At 1.75 million valuation, betting that all three businesses, Starlink, Space division, and XAI, work. That's execution that hasn't happened yet into and retail don't know. O. Early insiders and 180 day lock during they shares. Lock mid when expires, insiders they do. Selling hits, typically hard. So like I said, I'm gonna sit this one out. But revisit it in 6 to 12 months. After the lock expires, dies by will and reality check this. I'll take look. Isn't Elon, X. Betting them. Win. Wrong out, fine. For in. This valuation, price, not hype. About gonna the O. A pullback? Comments. Forget button we our worth.
